2. Services Provided

Quaye Digital Designs, LLC offers website development and graphic design services, both digital and print. The details of the services provided, including scope, timelines, and costs, will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project.

3. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay a deposit of 50% upon project initiation to reserve their spot. 25% is due on day one of the design period. The remaining balance (25%) is due upon project completion and approval (launch day before hand-off to client). Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials and information required for the completion of the project in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in project delays.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Quaye Digital Designs, LLC are the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of the final design files.

6. Revisions and Scope Creep

The number of revisions allowed will be outlined in the project agreement. Any additional work outside the original scope will be subject to additional charges.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time. If the client terminates the project, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Liability

Quaye Digital Designs, LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Quaye Digital Designs, LLC harmless from any claims arising out of the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (United States), and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. Changes to Terms

Quaye Digital Designs, LLC reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
